CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit: A deposit of one half of the price of the trip will reserve your space.

Balance: The balance is due 70 days prior to departure.

Cancellations:

• If you are unable to participate and cancellation occurs at least 120 days prior to the departure date of your trip, the full amount of your deposit is refundable, minus a $100 fee per person to cover costs we cannot recover.

• If cancellation occurs 119-60 days before departure: a charge of 25% of the total charter fee will apply,

• If cancellation occurs less than 60 days before departure, if we are unable to resell the same boat for the same period, your fare is non-refundable. If we are able to resell your spot the rain check policy comes into effect whereby you have the opportunity to rebook a charter at a later date.  (Note: it may not be the same charter area).

Our charter base is directly adjacent to the Departure Bay ferry terminal with service from West Vancouver, Horseshoe Bay and within the same marina as the Sea Air and Kenmore Air Seaplane terminals (Summer flights from Seattle to Nanaimo).
Transfer service is included with all charters (between 08:00 – 17:00) from any Nanaimo Arrival location (Nanaimo Airport (direct flights from Toronto/Calgary/Edmonton or Vancouver), Harbor Air / Sea Air Seaplane or ferry terminals) for you and your crew and the use of a courtesy vehicle for your trip’s provisioning upon arrival.
Alternatively, we do have onsite parking available for the duration of your charter.
