Escape to California! How to Coil a Line

After launching our boat last week and enjoying a week of great sailing lessons we couldn't believe the snow today!  Springville received about 5 inches in almost white out conditions this morning.  It certainly made us wish we were sailing in some nice, warm place today.

Just a reminder - this year's Catalina Cruise is fast approaching. We only have one private state room left.  If you would prefer to sleep out under the stars on the trampoline (my favorite spot to hear the sea lions in the morning and watch the sun come up) bring your sleeping bag and we'll take $35.00 off the trip cost.
  • Get a feel for blue water sailing
  • Add to your sailing resume if you are thinking of chartering some day . . .
  • Get a jump on learning big boat handling skills
  • Enjoy an escape to fun Catalina Island
  • Video clip from last year's Catalina Island Adventure

Speaking of escapes... check out this article from the March issue of Sailing Magazine:
“You don’t need a Marketing Guru to tell you Sailing is a Great Escape”

Here is an informative
video on how to correctly coil a line on your sailboat.
