Back in the Water, Park City FALL REGATTA, Algae Bloom Sensors

We're Back in the Water!

The good folks at Jordanelle State Park,
Park City Sailing Association,
have invited us to share their water.
I've said it before and this confirms it,
"Sailor folk are the best".

Please contact Bonneville ASAP
if your appointments with us were cut short by Utah Lake closure.
We will sail until October 15th at Jordanelle, this season . . .
thanks to PCSA.

While you're down at Jordanelle, consider participating in the

Park City Sailing FALL REGATTA
October 1 & 2

Commodore's Ball & Silent Auction  at the Big Moose Yacht Club

Algae Bloom Sensors

Bumped into these interesting looking instruments down at the lake last week.
These buoys cost the state $100,000, to monitor algae blooms on Utah Lake.
(but wait...there's more)
Salt Lake Tribune was down to photograph the event.

Hope they can bring them back in after the lake has dropped another foot??

Birds are strolling around where our keelboats would normally go.
Utah Lake is  now 7 feet below compromise.

Check out our Facebook page for more photos and video.
