An Announcement from the Great Salt Lake Yacht Club
2011 WOMEN'S SAILING PROGRAM
Come join the fun. Following is a brief description
and outline of the upcoming 2011 women's program
hosted by the Great Salt Lake Yacht Club.
Who: For all women inexperienced, somewhat
experienced or experienced at sailing
What: Program designed to inform women of the basics of
sailing, safety while boating, how to sail and participate in
actual sailing on the Great Salt Lake
Where: Great Salt Lake Yacht Club located at the Great
Salt Lake Marina.
**I-80 exit 104 (by Saltair)
When: Saturday, June 4 and/or Sunday, June 5, 2011
(The program is only 1 day)
Why: To enjoy a day of sailing designed by women just for
women
Cost: Free, although donations are gladly accepted to
help support our boating programs.
If interested: Call Valerie at 850-420-1709 or email
vdsgator@hotmail.com with women’s program in
subject line and include in the message, your name,
which day you would like to participate and whether you
would to crew (help to man the boat), provide a boat for
use or help with the program.
