Bonneville's Caribbean Adventure Sailing & Offshore Passage Making
Bonneville's OPM and Celestial Navigation instructor, Doug Hendricks, has taken off part of 2014 & 2015 to spend a year sailing. He is offering a rare opportunity to enjoy a customized trip in the Caribbean on his 42' Hunter. Doug knows the area well and can take you to beautiful off-the-beaten-path locations. This is a great way to gain experience for chartering future ocean adventures, not to speak of an absolutely unforgettable vacation.
You have the options of choosing between 7 & 13 day trips within the following dates:

NEW HORIZONS MARITIME CENTER

Waiting for that perfect boat house doesn't seem to be working out so good. Help us find a decent starter home for New Horizons Maritime Center. Your eyes and ears could just turn up that perfect building to help provide a place to refurbish our Star Fleet, while giving meaningful maritime activities to our Wasatch Front youth. A 1,500 sq. ft. building would do the trick.
Could be a good one
Some boats are still in the water (now ice) at the Provo Marina. Sudden cold temperatures caused Utah Lake to ice over unexpectedly fast this year!
